Born in Tulsa, adopted as a child, and raised in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, Kenny found his way to the world stage through football fields and junior-college lanes.

Football came first. Track revealed a level of speed that could take him far beyond a small Wisconsin town.

Indian Hills, 2019
At the NJCAA Championships, Kenny broke 20 seconds in the 200m and 45 seconds in the 400m on the same day.

The world stage
Two Olympic 200m silvers, two World 200m silvers, and 2025 world relay gold. In 2026, Kenny won both the 100m and 200m at the inaugural World Athletics Ultimate Championship.
